Tiffany Haddish shares a glimpse of a trip to Hawaii amid her ongoing DUI case.
On Saturday, the comedian and actress — who is currently facing two misdemeanor charges after being arrested in Beverly Hills in late November for allegedly falling asleep at the wheel of her vehicle — shared an Instagram post that showed her on a black sand beach.
“I love being silly on the black sand beach. I’ve always wanted to take photos of myself in swimsuits. This silly one will do for now, Haddish, 44, captioned her post, adding the hashtags, “Hawaii,” “#SheReady” and “#Hana,” which is the area in eastern Hawaii that includes the town of Hana.

Haddish’s beach-themed “photoshoot” began with a shot of the actress looking away from the camera as she strolled through the black sand wearing a blue, green and gold swimsuit and blue shorts while holding a printed scarf.
The star – who was also wearing sunglasses – then twerked and showed off some moves at the water’s edge in the short clip that followed.
The following photos featured various poses of Haddish, including one of her lying on the sand with her sunglasses in her mouth.

Haddish’s carousel ended with two photos of her kneeling in the sand with the hills of Hawaii behind her. In one she posed with her hand behind her head, while in the last picture she can be seen looking away with sunglasses hanging between her lips.

Tiffany Haddish Wishes Herself a Happy Birthday After DUI Arrest: ‘Ready for the Next Chapter’
Haddish’s trip to Hawaii came after her arrest on Nov. 24, when the Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) received a call in the early hours of the morning about a woman whose vehicle had been stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive while she was still running. (Early last year, the actress was also arrested for another DUI-related incident.)
Shortly after her arrest in November, the actress told Party tonight that “this will never happen again,” adding, “I’m going to get help so I can learn balance and boundaries.” She also shared with the newspaper that her car, a Tesla, parked itself on the street when she fell asleep.
Haddish then celebrated her 44th birthday on December 3 and shared her thoughts on the future in an Instagram post.
“Happy birthday🎼🎶🎵🎶!!!!!. Ready for my next chapter in life,” her caption began.
“I have more music and another book coming and I can’t wait to share with the world all the work I’ve been doing for my family and all my real unicorns,” she continued.
