The comedian, 44, was arrested in the early morning hours of Nov. 24 after Beverly Hills police responded to a call about a woman who was pulled over in the middle of Beverly Drive while the vehicle was in motion.

The news comes after she was arrested in Georgia on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs and an illegal traffic stop in January 2022.

“The ensuing investigation led to the arrest of Ms. Tiffany Haddish for driving under the influence,” police told PEOPLE at the time. “She was transported to the Fayette County Jail without incident.”
