HORRIFIC details have revealed a family’s final hours before their bodies were discovered at a property in Costessey, near Norwich.
Mystery surrounds the death of Bartlomiej Kuczynski, 45, as well as his 12-year-old daughter Jasmin and her seven-year-old sister, along with a 36-year-old woman who has not yet been named.

Neighbors are concerned about the losses and described the children as “beautiful” and “lovely sisters” who were “really happy”.
Officers admitted they did not respond to the first 999 call made by the girls’ father at 6am on January 19 – but did not say why.
And police have since said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the quadruple death.
However, much of the case remains shrouded in secrecy.
Here we look at what we know about tragic deaths.
December 14 – Mysterious inquiry about missing persons
On December 14, officers from Norfolk visited a property in Costessey following a missing persons investigation.
According to MailOnline, according to unconfirmed reports, Mr Kuczynski was reported missing last month.
The father of two is said to have gone missing and was later found wandering nearby.
However, this has yet to be confirmed as the investigation into the tragedy is ongoing.
Police referred the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) to their involvement in the family in December.
January 19, 6am – Dad calls 999 but the cops don’t come to the property
Police confirmed they received a call from a man at the address at 6am on January 19.
Sources confirmed last night that Mr Kuczynski was the man who made the call, to which the police did not send officers.
However, the reasons for which he sent an ambulance are still unknown.
Police have not explained why they did not send officers to respond to Mr. Kuczynski’s 6 a.m. call.
Norfolk Police confirmed yesterday that it had referred the matter to the Independent Office for Police Conduct – separate from the December 14 incident.
Officers also did not explain why the first 999 call was not answered.
But operational decision-making is usually not a matter of public record.
January 19, just before 7am – A member of the public calls 999
Officers were dispatched to the home only after receiving a second call at 7 a.m. from a citizen.
The caller was said to have mentioned they were concerned about the people inside.
However, the police did not release the identity of the person who alerted them to the tragedy.
All that has been reported is that they called at 7am on January 19th.
So far, they have not spoken in public, nor have they identified themselves, nor have they been named by the local residents.
January 19, 7:15 a.m. – Officers forced their way into the house and found four bodies
Officers arrived at the scene within 15 minutes and raided the house in Costessey, near Norwich, following a frantic call from a member of the public.
The bodies of two young women, a 36-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man, named locally as Bartlomiej Kuczynski, were found in a house on Allan Bedford Crescent.
However, the identity of the woman found with the Kuczynski family has not yet been confirmed.
She was known to be 36 years old, but neither the police nor locals in Costessey, Norfolk, where the bodies were found, have named her.
It’s just awful. The two girls were wonderful sisters and beautiful girls.”

It is understood she was a member of the same family and was “visiting” the house at the time of her death.
Sources say the girl’s aunt moved in to help care for the children as their father suffered from mental health issues, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Mr Kuczynski’s Thai-born wife, Nanthaka Kuczynska, who was known as Nan, had reportedly not been seen by neighbors for months.
Police said an autopsy will be conducted Sunday to determine the cause of death of the man and woman.
However, the police officers confirmed that all four received “injuries” and said that it was an “isolated incident”.
Neighbors reveal their shock
Devastated locals described the children as “beautiful” and “lovely sisters” who were “really happy”.
Jasmin was a student at Taverham High School while her sister was a student at Queen’s Hill Primary School on the Queen’s Hill estate where they lived.
Well-wishers, including some tearful girls, left flowers in their memory next to a police cordon outside their semi-detached house.
Neighbor Jocelyn Atienza said: “It’s horrible. The two girls were wonderful sisters and beautiful girls.
“They were nice girls who were a little shy. We used to see them walking together.
“They would look very happy when they were out with their friends.
“The older one would take the bus to school, and her little sister would walk to the elementary school by herself.
“Their mother was friendly and we always greeted each other on the street.”
Nina Crisan, whose son knew 12-year-old Jasmine Kuczynski, described her as a “very, very sweet little girl” who had a “calm and cool energy.”
She told Sky News she was “just a lovely, lovely child” and the incident came as an “absolute shock” to the local community.
She said it was a tight-knit community and if you didn’t know someone directly, you met through the kids or from walking the dogs.
Speaking anonymously to Sky News, a boy who knew Jasmine said: “We grew up together. She never had a kiva, she was always kind and caring to everyone.”
