Tina Desai started her career as a model and has appeared in more than 150 commercials and journalism projects. She appeared on the Indian reality television program ‘Get Gorgeous’. Her involvement resulted in signing a contract with the management of Elite Model India.
In 2011, she made her debut in the leading role in the Indian thriller “Yeh Fassley”. In the same year, she made her Hollywood debut in the British comedy-drama ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’.
