It has been revealed that the child wanders the streets just wearing only diapers as police officers are running an investigation.
Passers -by were found by passers -by at Pill Mill, Newport, just before 7am today to police.

Social media reports suggest that the young man was non -verbal and found only nashens while holding on to toys.
Officers later confirmed that the child had been returned to his parents.
Gwent Police: “We received a report on a young boy who found a member of the public in Newport on Thursday 20th March at about 6.55pm.
“The child is safe with our officers right now as they talk to his parents to determine the circumstances.”
