The mother-of-two was said to be cooking dinner when she choked on her food.

She was rushed to the hospital where she died a week later.

Despite the devastating loss, Siobhan was able to donate her organs, which her loved ones say was “the only consolation we had”.

Her sister, Susan Ababte, said the family was “absolutely devastated” by the tragedy.

Susan told KentOnline: “Siobhan was a very funny child and has grown into such a witty adult. She always wanted to make people laugh.

“When I went to the theater with her when she donated her organs, I was never so proud in my life.

“No one in the family hesitated because we knew this was what she wanted to do.”

The family said their final goodbyes to Siobhan on March 2 – a week after she collapsed at home.

The 46-year-old, who was one of Siobhan’s eight siblings, said: “Siobhan was such a gentle mum. She was always dancing, playing and teaching her children. She was a natural.

“We are all completely devastated.”

The family are now raising funds to pay for mum’s funeral via a crowdfunding site.

The page reads: “Those of you lucky enough to have met Siobhan will remember the loving care she inherited from her parents, Bernadette and John.

“Siobhan was a naturally caring and special person who, with her unusual sense of style, loved life and life loved her.

“Siobhan would probably hate this post asking for any help with funeral costs, but we really can do anything to help give our Bon the send off she deserves.”

She is survived by a 14-year-old son and a two-year-old girl.
