The Creator of the Content, which divides his life on a platform as an Irish passenger, Zara and the security company paid 20,000 euros in damages.

Krystal told the Dublin Civil Court that he had been questioned in front of other customers as he stood half -dressed in his cabin.

She claimed that the security guard accused her of “engaged in criminal activities” before other customers.

Twenty -year -old claimed it was defamation because it could affect her image and the job of an influencer.

The judge ruled in her favor and awarded a ticter, which he said he gave “sincere and sincere evidence,” a large lump sum.

The court heard Krystal asking him to leave after feeling disturbed and shame, but he was forced to stay at the store.

Her lawyer Esther Earley said he “questioned” her, and the written report on the incident “forged” a retail giant.

She said Krystal just took pictures of his clothes while trying them.

Barrister said influencer enjoyed showing new clothes to his followers and sharing where they could buy them.

Judge Roderick Maguire said: “I think Mrs. Joyce was a true witness and was particularly upset because she has a presence on social networks through which she does her best to raise awareness of the path that is a passenger community and which is a member.”

He continued, “This was a public place that she was used to often and in the habit of trying clothing. I accept that there were other people and fully accept her evidence.”

The judge also scored Zara’s defense and testimonies of his eyewitnesses for “great inconsistencies” in evidence.

Krystal was awarded 10,000 euros (£ 8K) compensation against ITX retail limited, which manages Zara trade.

She received another 10,000 euros against Bidvest Noonan (ROI) Limited, a company where the security guard is.

The Creator of the Content has not yet broken his silence on his torture.
