Travis Kelce was royally flushed when he met Prince William.
The Kansas City Chiefs player (34) opened up about his and his brother Jason Kelce’s latest episode. New heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast about meeting the Prince of Wales, 42, at his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour performance at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 21.
“Man, he was the coolest mom——-,” Travis said, to which his brother Jason Kelce chimed in, “He was awesome.”
“He was so cool,” Travis added.

The NFL tight end added that when he first met William and his children, Prince George, 10, and Princess Charlotte, 9, backstage at a performance, he wasn’t sure what the protocol was and whether he should “bow,” “bow” or “just be an American idiot and shake their hand.”
“We wanted to be polite, especially on this side of the park,” Travis noted, adding that George and Charlotte were “an absolute delight.”
He also shared that Jason, 36, met Prince William and his children and noted that he had never seen his brother “give that someone so much respect” when he met them.

“You put your beer, like, 3 feet away from you,” Travis joked.
The former Eagles player added: “I didn’t have it in mind when I met him [Prince William]”, referring to a viral video of him holding a mug of beer between his teeth during one of his weekend concerts in London.

“You’re like, you’re right. I just thank you,” Travis said. “I want to enjoy your kingdom.”
“They were wonderful people and that’s what it’s all about. You know?,” Jason explained. “Obviously, literally part of the monarchy, the royal family. That. I guess it’s hard to be a grounded human being. But that’s exactly how it turned out.”
“Very original. Very cool,” Travis added.
Travis was featured in a photo Swift posted of Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte backstage, which was also reposted on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Instagram account.

In the picture, the “Fortnight” singer, 34, can be seen standing next to three members of the royal family, reaching out and smiling broadly as she holds her phone to take a photo of the group. “Thank you @taylorswift for a great night! #LondonTSTheErastour,” the post captioned.
“Happy birthday M8! The London shows are off to a great start 🇬🇧🇺🇸🤝,” the singer captioned her post, referring to Prince William’s 42nd birthday on the same day as the show.
