Reports claimed that the plane appeared to have lost control when it landed around noon today local time and overshot the runway.
The jet appeared to try to accelerate and take off again, but instead left the runway and crashed into a house at high speed, Clarin reports.
It then burst into flames, killing the pilot and co-pilot, who were the only people on board at the time.
They were identified as 35-year-old Agustín Orforte and 44-year-old Martín Fernández Loza.
Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene to extinguish the blaze, and investigators are now examining the wreckage.
Cars also caught fire, and three houses were damaged.
A 73-year-old man who lived in one of the homes was transported to the hospital.
One of the house owners said she was afraid she was going to die.
Melany, who is pregnant, said: “It was a very ugly despair. What hurts is that I lost my daughter’s things.
“I was with her and my sister, we quickly got out of there, if my brother hadn’t broken through the wall, we wouldn’t have got out.

“We saw the plane coming at full speed. We heard him.
“We were in the yard and saw him coming from behind the bars. It was headed straight for us.
“We started running backwards. If we hadn’t broken through the wall, we would have died there with the plane.”
CCTV footage shows the plane driving across the ground, then through a fence at the edge of the airport and into a building directly across the street.

Locals then chased around the plane and filmed the burning wreckage.
Black smoke could be seen for miles around with a cordon now in place for firefighters and investigators working on the wreckage.
The pilots were returning from Uruguay where they had been hired earlier in the morning.
San Fernando Airport is located in the northwestern suburbs of Buenos Aires and has only a small number of flights through it each year.
