Career
Tyrone began his acting career in 1999 as a member of a small ensemble of deaf and hard of hearing performers. His first professional job was as a chorus member in the Arena stage version of The Miracle Worker. In 2001, he enrolled in the Deaf West Theater summer school program, where he landed the lead role of “Huckleberry Finn” in Big River, a Los Angeles production.
After that, Giordano made his film debut in The Family Stone as the gay and deaf member of the title family. He also starred in A Lot Like Love that year, playing the deaf brother of Ashton Kutcher’s character. Giordano also appeared in Untraceable with Diane Lane in 2008 and The Next Three Days with Russell Crowe in 2010.
