Vanderpump Villa Stars ‘Know How to Serve’ in ‘Glamorous’ First Teaser for Lisa Vanderpump’s New Show

Lisa Vanderpump doesn’t mess around The Vanderpump Villa.

In the first teaser of the new Hulu series in production The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, fans get a glimpse into the dramatic escapades of the staff at Vanderpump’s French country estate, Chateau Rosabelle.

The one-minute teaser shows Vanderpump, 63, introducing staff to their new place of employment. The clip starts with Vanderpump Rules star walking the halls of Chateau Rosabelle as Fergie’s “Glamorous” plays in the background.

The tease then shows snippets of Vanderpump’s first staff meeting, where she details her expectations for the new hires. The restaurateur tells her newly hired catering team, “I personally selected each of you from some of the best restaurants, bars and kitchens.”

“I know you know how to serve. But this is France, so let’s talk about expectations,” Vanderpump continues.

Before the announcer can say more about what the TV personality is expecting, the clip cuts to Vanderpump addressing one of the mansion’s mixologists, Andre Mitchell, as she asks, “Why do you look so scared?”

In return, Mitchell’s eyes widen and he shakes his head.

As shots of the cast enjoying the mansion’s expansive pool are shown, Vanderpump explains to the cast, “You can do whatever you want behind the scenes, but when you’re around the guests, don’t be careless.”

That’s obviously easier said than done, as the staff is shown handling accidents and mistakes on the property among themselves — and guests.

At one point, head server Marciano Brunette was filmed yelling at his colleagues, “Stop talking!” Another member of staff can be heard retorting: “What? What? What?”

As the drama escalates, Vanderpump makes amends and reprimands her staff. “This is not the ‘Chateau S—show!'”

Much like Vanderpump’s Bravo reality series, Vanderpump Rules, the new series promises “decadence and debauchery,” according to a press release, as the staff fulfills their professional duties — nurturing luxury experiences and catering to the whims of their clientele — while managing their own interpersonal rivalries and, yes, romances.

The series stars the aforementioned head server Brunette and mixologist Mitchell, as well as mixologist Telly Hall, event coordinators Stephen Alsvig and Gabriella Sanon, executive chef Anthony Bar, sous chef Caroline Byl, housekeepers Emily Kovacs and Grace Cottrell, servers Priscila Ferrari and Hannah Fouch and Chateau manager Eric Funderwhite.

While cast members are stationed in France for filming, they all hail from the United States, moving from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, New York and St. Augustine, Florida.

In season one, Chateau Rosabelle is a pop-up experience, Vanderpump’s test to see if the restaurateur can turn the mansion into a full hotel venture, so the staff is under constant evaluation, adding to the drama.
