Vanessa Hudgens Transforms Into the Wicked Witch of the West – See Her Daring Look!

Vanessa Hudgens has done it again!

The actress, who always does her best for Halloween, this year dressed in a classic costume for the holiday, in the style of the Wicked Witch of the West.

On Tuesday, the self-proclaimed Queen of Halloween, 34, posed in front of a mirror in her green and black look, showing off her Wizard of Oz paying tribute.

She wore a black witch’s hat with a bright red wig and a low-cut, form-fitting dress with ruffles. Hudgens showed her dedication to the character by painting her body green to resemble the green skin of the 1939 musical character.

She shared the snap on her Instagram page and simply captioned the post, “Happy Halloweeneeeen.”

Hudgens’ witch look happened a day after the hit musical Wicked on Monday it celebrated its 20th anniversary. The Tony-winning show is based on the novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West Gregory Maguire, which is a revisionist take on the Wicked Witch of the West Wizard of Oz.

Every October, the Disney alum transforms her social media account from bubbly to black and white, and this year she continued the tradition by posting photos from the festivities in early October.

The High school musical star was thrilled about the spooky season and shared a photo with her fiance, Cole Tucker, on October 1. The pair were seen smiling and hugging each other in the black and white snap while at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride.

“Spooky szn + my fiance = happy ghoul,” Hudgens captioned the post, to which Tucker responded with a red heart emoji.

Hudgens also celebrated the beginning of October with a black and white photo with her younger sister Stella. “Happy October 1st ghouls 💀👻🎃,” she wrote.

Last Halloween, Hudgens transformed into the role of Oscar-winning ballerina Natalie Portman in the Black swan. Dressed as a “white swan,” Hudgens looked perfect in a head-to-toe white tutu outfit similar to the one Portman wore in the 2010 film, right down to the white makeup and feather headdress.

Tucker also joined his fiancée-to-be last Halloween as the two dressed up as Sting and bug juiceMiss Argentina.

The holiday comes after Hudgens recently celebrated her bachelorette party in Aspen with her girlfriends.

Hudgens and Tucker, 27, announced their engagement in February. The Tick, Tick … Boom! the Major League Baseball star and the beau were first linked when they were seen holding hands in Los Angeles in November 2020.

Speaking about their relationship for the first time, Hudgens said Party tonight that he is “just kind of perfect for me”.
