Husband of Vani Jayaram:- Vani Jayaram was a well-known Indian playback singer in South Indian cinema. She was from Vellore, Tamil Nadu. She started her career in 1971 and has been working for more than five decades.
She has done playback for more than a thousand Indian films, recording over 10,000 songs. Apart from this, she has recorded thousands of dedicated and personal albums and has also participated in many solo concerts in India and abroad. She died on February 4, 2023.

Legendary playback singer Vani Jairam, winner of the National Award, passed away on February 4, 2023. She died at the age of 78. The police arrived at the house of the veteran singer, where she was found dead.
According to a source, the acclaimed singer passed away at her home in Haddows Road, Nungambakkam in Chennai and there are reports that she had an injury on her forehead. The cause of her death is being investigated.
