A white dog is waiting for its owner on the side of the road in a small town in Greece. He did not leave this place. He is still patiently waiting for his master.
Unfortunately, his owner will not be returning because he died in a car crash. A few years ago, his brother also died here.
The community built a temple here. The dog does not stop believing that its owner will return. He waited a year and a half.
The community gave him a home, food, and blanket. The dog refused to go with anyone. Wherever it goes, it returns to the monument of its owner.
People living nearby named the dog Hachiko from Nefpaktia. They named it after a movie hero from Japan. The dog and its owner Ueno are inseparable and always together.
The dog went to the station and waited for its owner to come home from work. The dog has been taken care of by the community.
