A kiss from ten years ago has come back to haunt Tom Schwartz and Scheana Shay.
On Tuesday in the episode Vanderpump Rulesco-owner of Schwartz & Sandy’s, 41, made the shocking admission to Lala Kent, saying: “I was a make-up slut. [I] made out with Scheana like 12 years ago in Vegas.”
When Lala, 33, was asked when the date came about, he revealed it was at a “tough time” when he was dating now-ex-wife Katie Maloney, who still didn’t know about the Vegas encounter.

Lala then took it upon herself to be the bearer of the bad news. After discovering Schwartz’s secret, his shocked ex-wife said: “What the f…? are you kidding me? I just have so many questions like when was that and where exactly was that and is that the time when Schwartz said he went to Vegas and made out with one of Scheana’s friends and is that actually, actually, Scheana.”
Give Them founder Lala Beauty admitted it was a strategic choice to discuss it with Katie before Scheana, saying: “I went back and forth [on] should I talk to Scheana first or Katie first and I decided I had to talk to Katie first. I don’t want to give Schean time to figure out a way to make this a pretty picture.”
However, Katie, 37, didn’t mince her words when she confronted Scheana, 38, about dating her then-boyfriend behind her back. Scheana then shared her side of the story and recalled that Schwartz was the one who initiated the kiss, but “it wasn’t makeup.”
“Can I tell you who I kissed on that trip? Ariana,” she added.

Scheana further described her decision to keep the kiss a secret for a decade, telling the cameras, “I wanted to pretend this didn’t happen. I never said [ex-husband Mike] Race. I never told my mom. I never told my best friends. I mean, I would never tell Katie either, especially then because the bitch is scary… No way in hell, I was going to say, ‘By the way, your man wanted me in Vegas and kissed me.’ Like, no, never.”
But Katie saw it differently, saying, “I would have expected something like this from Schwartz, but she was literally years old telling me about this. I don’t like liars, especially lying by omission. I just wonder if I’ll ever be able to fully trust or be close to Scheana.”
She finally said to Scheana, “I wish I knew.”
The Something About Her co-owner later went to Schwartz and told them she felt hurt that she was being kept “in the dark” about his kiss with Scheana.
But Katie had a secret of her own that was revealed by Scheana’s husband Brock Davies. He told Schwartz that she had gotten involved with “someone from your group of friends,” who after a night of partying turned out to be TomTom’s manager and his best friend, Max Boyens.
Schwartz was taken aback by the news and said the couple had “all the telltale signs of a revenge blast.”

Tom Sandoval had to accept that Rachel Leviss was ‘done’ with him when he didn’t hear ‘a single word’ for a month
Elsewhere on Tuesday’s episode, Tom Sandoval tried to mend his differences with Lala, explaining: “Lala and I, I don’t know if you’ve ever been this close, in a way it seems less about reconnecting and more about really building something new .”
During a chat after his breathwork session – which he called an “emotional organism” – the pair discussed his high-profile affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, which ended his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.
“Whatever happened with you and Ariana and whatever decisions you made, do I approve of them? Not. Do I understand them? No,” Lala told Sandoval.
She admitted that Scandoval was a “trigger” for her following the breakup of her own relationship with Randall Emmett, but admitted that she is working on herself, adding: “I’m trying to trust again. And I don’t want you paying for my experience with someone else.”

Sandoval then reflected on his own life experiences.
“The way things have worked out in my life, I feel like this was meant to happen,” he said, apparently referring to Scandoval. “And maybe what you went through was clearly meant to happen.”
“I’ve been a prisoner of my experience for too long,” she replied. “You and what you did, that’s not my fight. Now I have to get into what I want. This is what makes me feel good. And it felt good to come here and talk to you and let you know that this is good for me.”
He added, “[I] appreciate your vulnerability. I would like to become better friends with you and invest in it.”
