Fresh connoisseurs have noticed that the flavor has not been on the supermarket shelves for “some time”.

But Walkers officially confirmed it was discontinuing its Worcester Sauce crisps on Twitter/X this week.

On Sunday, one fan tweeted: “Am I the only one who noticed but I haven’t seen this in my local shop or supermarket for a while.

“Can I still have them?”

Another said: “What happened to Worcestershire sauce? I can’t tell you how much I miss my favorite flavor.”

A third said: “Where are the Worcestershire sauce flavored crisps? My favorite but can’t find them anymore.”

A Walkers admin replied: “Hi, we’re sorry, but the Worcester sauce flavor is no longer part of our range.”

Heartbroken fans paid tribute to the crunchy taste on social media.

One said: “Walkers Worcester sauce has been my favorite for years.

“I remember fondly here.”

Another said, “Oh no. Any chance of them coming back anytime in the future?”

A third said: “What a shame, I enjoyed my sandwich!”

It comes after chocolate lovers were left furious when Cadbury quietly discontinued the popular chocolate bar.
