Wendy will hire AI to take over the ride orders in large part of its nearly 6,000 US locations in the restaurant by the end of 2025, revealed Kirk Tanner CEO during the invitation of earnings in the fourth quarter on Thursday, February 13th.

And, if the introduction of the voice assistant is going well this year, the chain may expand the use of the voice of Ai on Wendy’s entire network, Tanner said during a call from February 13th.
“He has a bright future,” he said, “and we’re going forward.”
