Wendy’s Vanilla Frosty Is Finally Back! And It's $1 for the Rest of the Month

Vanilla fans have nothing to be cold about now that this Frosty flavor is back.

Vanilla Frosty is back at Wendy’s after being replaced by specialty flavors over the past few months.

The fan-favorite flavor was removed from the menu to make way for the triple berry and orange Dreamsicle flavors available in spring and summer 2024. (Peppermint, pumpkin spice, and strawberry flavors have also taken the place of vanilla in the past.)

The favorite flavor is returning for a limited time, but it’s not clear how limited it will be. A Wendy’s spokesperson tells PEOPLE that “nothing on our menu is meant to last forever” and that they “don’t have an exact date when the Vanilla Frosty will be off the menu.”

To celebrate the flavor’s return, fans can score unlimited mini Frostys for $1 each through the end of September.

Wendy’s originally kicked out the dessert deal on Aug. 5 to run through Sept. 15, but a spokesperson confirmed that it has been extended for a few more weeks.

Shoppers looking for a discount that’s more salty than sweet can get five days of cheeseburger deals at Wendy’s.

From September 18th, which is National Cheeseburger Day, through September 22nd, customers can get a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for 1 cent with any purchase. The digital offering will be available to people who order on the Wendy’s app.

Other fast food restaurants such as McDonald’s, Burger King, Dairy Queen and others have their own National Cheeseburger Day deals.

On September 16, Krispy Kreme made its own flavor announcement. The bakery chain has revealed that four new returning fall donuts have been added to the fall menu – and none of them are pumpkin-flavored.

The line, called the Golden Harvest Collection, contains four treats. Three new sweets, Maple Buttercreme Doughnut, Oatmeal Kreme Pie Donut and Salted Caramel Cheesecake Doughnut, join a fan-favorite option: the spiced apple-filled doughnut.
