What do they mean by that? “Speak for it to exist” is a popular phrase that describes a person’s hope and will to change his life. In this article, we’ll break down the term even further (from a spiritual to a religious context) and show you how to speak things up for yourself. So if you’re ready to make a change, read on.

- Writing down your goals, using positive affirmations, and visualizing your future are all great ways to manifest them.
Write down your goals. Research has shown that listing your hopes and dreams can help you achieve them faster.[3]
Make a list of short-term and long-term goals to better understand what you need to manifest.- Your goals don’t have to be big, they can be as simple as making your bed in the morning or auditioning for a school play.
- Consider expanding your goals. For example, what if you audition for a play? Do you want to take the leading role?
