In September 2006, he joined Al Jazeera English, where he hosted the documentary series “Witness” until January 2010.
Omaar then launched “The Rageh Omaar Report”, a monthly investigative documentary series. In January 2013, he became a special correspondent and presenter for ITV News, covering a variety of news around the world.
