What you see first in optical illusion reveals if you’re optimistic with your ‘head in the clouds’ or a realist

TWO ordinary animals are hidden in a revealing optical illusion, and which one you see first reveals the secrets of your personality.

Is your head in the clouds or are you firmly rooted here on Earth?

The Bright Side YouTube channel shared the illusion in a clip, and in the video, the narrator showed viewers what their knee-jerk reactions reveal about their personalities.

“If you were the first to notice the mouse, you’re an optimist,” the narrator explained.

When the going gets tough, you won’t look for worst-case scenarios.

“You prefer to look for advantages in every situation,” the explanation continued.

“Sometimes you may not be practical enough and people often say you have your head in the clouds.”

But that is actually a wrong opinion.

“Actually, you know the world around you very well,” added the narrator. “You just prefer to focus on the positive side of this.”

On the other hand, if you saw a cat as soon as you looked at the picture, your personality traits are on the opposite end of the spectrum.

“You’re a real person,” the narrator explained.

“You know what you need from life and you don’t naively build castles in the air.”

In addition to being practical, you’re probably also great at making decisions.

“You see the world as a whole, and that helps you plan your next actions,” added the narrator.

Viewers were impressed, and sometimes genuinely surprised, by the detailed depictions of their personalities.

“All my life I considered myself an optimist until I took this test,” the commenter admitted.

“It forced me to face the truth that in old age I had become a realist, with bouts of cynicism.”

Another person said she didn’t learn anything new about herself, but was surprised by the accuracy.

“I am more surprised how you know me,” they wrote.

A viewer revealed that he saw a slightly different image than expected.

“I saw a cat and a mouse at the same time. The cat ate the mouse,” they shared.
