She kicked off the decade with Happy Endings, which ran for three seasons on ABC. The series was a critical success and had a large fan base, but was canceled. Despite being out of the limelight, the actress seems to be planning a comeback. Cuthbert has recently starred in films such as 2017’s Goon: Last of the Enforcers and Netflix’s The Ranch. She played one of the stars of the Ashton Kutcher/Sam Elliott-led series before Netflix canceled it. The actress’ Netflix career may be over, but she has no plans to slow down anytime soon. She also appeared in Eat Wheaties! with Tony Hale and hosted the Canadian Drag Race as a guest. As for next projects, he is said to be returning to his horror roots with The Cellar, which is now in post-production. He will also star opposite Josh Duhamel and Mel Gibson in the heist thriller Bandit. The premiere date of the action thriller, however, has yet to be determined.
Philanthropic activities of Elisha Cuthbert
When she is not working on a project, the actress volunteers for noble causes. The actress worked on initiatives for the Special Olympics and its athletic event, the virtual 5 km walk/run. It has also been a longtime sponsor of the Enriching Lives Gala, which generates funds for “massive programming, quality competitions, skilled coaches and more for athletes of all ages and ability levels.”

In addition to helping the Special Olympics, the Happy Endings star is active in Tim Hortons Camp Day, a fundraiser that aims to deliver transformational programs and life-changing skills to youth from low-income families. In 2018, she participated in a coffee fundraiser at Tim Hortons. She told SaltWire: “Just in the hour I’ve been here, so many people have come. And it’s a fantastic place because you just connect with your community. On top of that, being able to fundraise for all the camps is fantastic.” She added that the event was a fantastic undertaking and that, as a mother, she was honored to be a part of it.
