Reval is a Mental-type Tem in Temtem that shares a resemblance to a real-world fox. This cute creature is characterized by large fennec-esque ears, a fluffy vulpine tail, and ornaments on its forehead and neck that feature the Mental-type symbol. When encountering this TemTem, there is a slight chance Tamers will find a rare Luma variant in TemTem with unique blue fur instead of its standard pink coat. Furthermore, its eyes are also altered from blue to yellow and orange.
As a Mental-type Tem in Temtem, Reval is effective against Neutral- and Melee-type TemTem. On the other hand, Tamers should be wary when pitting Reval against Electric-, Digital-, and Crystal-type opponents. Crystal TemTem, in particular, are Reval’s greatest enemy and should be avoided at all costs. Nevertheless, once players develop their Reval and successfully increase it by 15 levels, it will evolve into Aohi, the second and final form of the TemTem. Aohi is a Mental- and Fire-type monster that offers exceptional stat values in Special Attack for its Special Techniques and Special Defense against enemy Special Techniques during gameplay.
According to the YouTube channel Veteran-X Gaming and the TemTem Wiki, Tamers can find and catch Reval in Meadowdale, a zone on the island of Arbury. However, before entering the area where the lupine Tem might spawn, players must first defeat Murdag, the Dojo Master in Lochburg, specializing in Melee- and Electric-type TemTem. To subdue this Dojo Master, players must counter her lineup using Mental-, Digital-, Earth-, and Crystal-type combatants. Keep in mind that Murdag’s TemTem are Level 64+, meaning players should have their roster at this level or higher before facing the Dojo Master.
Catching Reval In TemTem
After Murdag’s been defeated, Tamers are recommended to search the northwestern area of the Arbury map to find Reval in TemTem. Reval will have an 80% chance of spawning at Levels 60 – 65. As mentioned above, Electric-, Digital-, and Crystal-type Tem are effective in this Pokemon-Like MMO against this monster fox’s Mental-type attribute. Therefore, TemTem like Crystal- and Electric-type Innki or Digital- and Electric-type 0b10 would be excellent counters to quickly subdue Reval in combat.
After catching Reval in TemTem, Tamers can level it to evolve into Reval, or they can keep it in its original form to retain its cute appearance. Fox lovers will likely wish to find and capture this TemTem for its unique aesthetic alone, while those who aim to use it in battle will certainly not be disappointed by its high-damage Special Attacks.
