We have just been notified that police have arrested the prime suspect in the Racine stabbing that occurred on Saturday, June 10, 2023. A female suspect was reportedly arrested and also confessed to the crime. The victim was allegedly stabbed to death near 9th and Walnut on Saturday night. After being stabbed, the victim went to a neighbor for help, but she succumbed to her injuries at the neighbor’s hands. Who is Adela Gomez?
Police have arrested a woman after a stabbing that left a 27-year-old victim dead near 9th and Walnut in Racine, Wisconsin. On Saturday around 6:30 pm, police reportedly responded to a report finding a 27-year-old man lying on the ground surrounded by a pool of his own blood. He was stabbed multiple times in the chest. Police officers with the Racine Police Department confirmed the victim died after being taken to the hospital. Recently, the prosecutor identified a suspect who he confessed to. The suspect has been identified as Adela Gómez. She is a 28 year old female, currently in jail awaiting charges. Charges against Adele Gomez for first-degree manslaughter are still pending. The victim’s neighbor, David Molkentine, claimed that Adela Gomez and the victim knew each other and were always friendly. He said: “What I heard on Saturday night will haunt me.” He went on to say that she was having a barbecue when she heard a neighbor yell for help. Scroll down the page.
David Molkentine said: “Then all of a sudden I heard: ‘You stabbed me!’ Suddenly, he saw his neighbor come out and hold his chest full of blood. “He comes out, holding his chest, and it’s full of blood, blood is dripping,” he added that the neighbor knocked on his door for help after he he was stabbed in the chest and then died in his hand. Police claimed Gomez accepted his crime. Molekntine said: “Why do people have to die in your arms on your driveway in this day and age?
