Ed Westwick is a married man!

After proposing to Amy Jackson while skiing in January 2024, the couple tied the knot in August 2024 — first in a civil ceremony in London and then in a lavish wedding in Italy.

“For me, [marrying Ed] it means having a life partner with whom you can adventure, share love and support, create a beautiful family, and have each other’s backs in all of life’s moments,” Jackson told PEOPLE. “It’s about building a future together and making endless memories, knowing that we are a team through it all.”

Before she dated Westwick, Supergirl the actress welcomed her son Andreas with British businessman Andreas Panayiotou.

Jackson was born in Great Britain, and started her modeling career at the age of 15. In 2009, she was crowned Miss Teen World after winning Miss Teen Liverpool and Miss Teen Great Britain.

Her work in the competition earned her a modeling contract with Boss Model Management and, later, Models 1 in London. After graduating from the teenage pageant, Jackson won Miss Liverpool 2010. She then competed for the Miss England title and was named runner-up.

She is a Bollywood star

In 2010, Indian film producers saw Jackson’s profile on the Miss Teen World website and invited her to audition for Madrasapattinam, which will become her first foray into Bollywood. Since then, he has worked in the industry, accumulating more than 20 points, including in 2018 2.0, which was the most expensive Bollywood film in India at the time of its release.

The two met for the first time at Aston Martin’s Autumn 2021 racing event at Silverstone Raceway. They were introduced by a mutual friend and talked about their furry friends — Jackson’s poodle Herbert and Westwick’s Frenchie Humphrey.

Westwick eventually invited Jackson on a double date with their dogs at a cafe in Hampstead, winning her over.

“He knew how to win me over from the start… coffee and dogs,” she said Lifestyle Asia.

Westwick is close with her son

Before Jackson met Westwick, she was in a relationship with hotelier George Panayiotou. The two were engaged when they welcomed their son Andreas on September 19, 2019. India todaybut later they broke up.

Jackson has since introduced Westwick to his son, and the two have formed their own relationship, she told Lifestyle Asia.

“He is the kindest, most caring human being to my little boy, Andreas – I love their relationship,” she said.

Westwick supports her career

Westwick may be a successful actor in his own right, but he finds time to support Jackson’s career.

“We share a passion for creating and growing as individuals and as a unit — I’ve never had someone who supports me and encourages me to explore myself wholeheartedly,” she told Lifestyle Asia. “He makes me feel like I can do anything.”

In the same interview, Westwick said that he had seen many of his then-girlfriend’s films and that he was proud of all that she had accomplished. He even accompanied her on a trip to Mumbai, where she lived for several years while working on films in the region.

“It’s a lot of fun,” he said of her work. “She’s had a great career and I admire everything she’s accomplished and I’m very excited about her upcoming projects.”

Westwick proposed during a ski trip

Jackson and Westwick were enjoying a trip to Gstaad, Switzerland, when the actor got down on one knee on the Peak Walk by Tissot, a suspension mountain bridge.

The happy couple announced the news in a joint Instagram post, with Jackson writing, “HELL YES 💍” in the caption below a series of photos of the two looking forward to the special moment.

The Deep Fear the actor reposted the pictures on his Instagram Story, writing: “I won the jackpot xxx.”

She and Westwick married in August 2024

The couple officially married on August 9, 2024, during a civil ceremony in London. Just a few weeks later, they organized a lavish wedding with 220 guests in Italy.

Jackson, who wore a custom-made dress by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti, met Westwick and her son – Andreas was the actor’s best man – at the altar.

“We both wanted to [Andreas] to be a part of this special moment,” Westwick told PEOPLE. “He walked down the aisle with me, wore the rings, and waited for his mother with me.”

The bride added: “I think so.” [was] a really nice way to honor their relationship.”
