He is accused of Stealing a Yacht after Putting dead fish on a porch and dancing around the house from the Goonies. Labonte was resuced by the Coast Guard on 3 Febraury 2023.
According to Portland Fox Affiliate KPTV Reports he was arrested on Friday, 3 Feb. 2022 after leaving a hospital. He was Arrested on Charges of First Degree Theft, Unauthorized use of a Vehicle, Second Degree Criminal Mischief, and Endangering Another Person.

Labonte is wanted by British Authorities in British Columbia for Criminal harassment and failure to comply with officers. He was also accused of stealing a yacht after putting dead fish on a porch. Now He was arrested on 3 February 2023.
The U.S. Coast Guard on 3 Feb. 2023 rescued a mayday call from a yacht in trouble at the mouth of the Columbia River and triangulated the vessel’s location and rescue was captured in a stunning video that shows a rescue swimmer.
Later as the swimmer approached the vessel and a large wave slammed into it, rolling the boat over and throwing a man.
The man who into the water was identified as Jericho.
Labonte has been flown by helicopter away from danger and treated by medical staff at the Coast Guard base in Astoria, Oregon.
