Kevin Rochebrun was reportedly arrested last month for his alleged role in the attempted murder of Vito Rizzuto’s youngest son. Leonardo Rizzuto was shot while traveling in his black Mercedes on Highway 440 West. He was reportedly alone at the time and it was rush hour when the failed attack was attempted. However, Vito Rizzuto’s youngest son survived the attack and managed to escape from there, but suffered leg and shoulder injuries when he was hit by two missiles. After a preliminary investigation, authorities arrested Kevin Rochebrun in connection with this failed attack. However, he was released without charge on Friday.
