committed suicide in canada
As News writes, Khushneet Kaur arrived in Canada just a month ago, but fell into a depression after ending her life after arriving in Canada.
Khushneet’s friend, Kamalpreet, collected donations on Gofoundme to bring his dead body to his hometown.
Her friend wrote about Gofoundme’s age:
“My name is Kamalpreet Kaur and it is with a heavy heart that I share a photo of my beautiful friend and sister Khusneet (20 years old) who is no longer with us and has lost her battle with depression that she never spoke about. Just a month ago she came to Canada on a study visa and I was so happy to see her here but she was quiet and never really happy for the last month and my stupid head thought she was just shy or probably new because of that and yesterday we got the worst possible news that she ended her life and now I’m thinking I should have asked her what was bothering her but now there’s nothing left to talk about. In addition to helping her parents see her for the last time, as they asked me to send her khusha home immediately, I am writing this so that all of you can help me send her body home to her parents and little brother and support the family in any way possible.”
