Biography of Michael Richards

Michael Richards was born in Culver City, California to parents Phyllis and William Richards. In 1970, he enlisted in the US Army after graduating from Thousand Oaks High School. He received medical training and served for a time in West Germany. After receiving an honorable discharge, he enrolled at the prestigious CalArts, or California Institute of the Arts. He then graduated from Evergreen State College in 1975.
