Biography of Shooter Jennings
Shooter Jennings was born in Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States. His mother Jessi Colter and father Waylon Jennings were legendary figures in the music industry. He spent his early years in the cradle of a bus, and throughout his childhood he was surrounded by musicians, including Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash. This is probably why Shooter only started playing drums at the age of 5. He started piano lessons at the age of 8, and started playing the guitar at the age of 14.
He founded the rock group “KilRaven” when he was a senior in high school. Shooter and his father first collaborated on an album in 1996. He released the Kilraven song “Only You” with the album “Missed The Boat” in 2011. The record “Fenixon” was never released because it could not find a distributor. “Black Country Rock” by Shooter was released by “Fenixon” in its entirety in 2014.
