Carlo Trinchero married Stephanie Will, his girlfriend of five years, in 2017. However, the couple filed for divorce in June 2022, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’. Carl is banned from possessing firearms after he was arrested for domestic violence on May 15, 2016, when he slammed his wife into a closet, causing her to bleed out and require medical attention. He also assaulted and threatened a paramedic who arrived at the couple’s St Helena residence. In February 2017, he pleaded no contest to domestic abuse charges and was sentenced to six months in prison and three years of probation. “The children were exposed to Carl’s anger and volatile behaviour,” Stephanie, 31, said in her appeal. She further said that he was a danger to their well-being and her safety.
