Biography of Tracii Guns
Tracii Guns was born in Los Angeles, California on January 20, 1966. He was fascinated by the guitar from a young age and learned to play from his uncle Ron Ulrich. He was born into a non-religious Jewish family. However, little is known about his family life.
Tracii attended Fairfax High School in Los Angeles. He later met Michael Jagosz and Robert Gardner there. Later they founded the band Pyrrhus. He was influenced by Mick Jagger, Jimmy Page, Eddie Van Halen and Johnny Thunders.

Career
Albums Hollywood Vampires, Vicious Circle, American Hardcore and Shrinking Violet were released in the 1990s. Other albums include Man in the Moon, Waking the Dead, The Missing Piece and The Devil You Know. Checkered Past, LA Guns’ latest album, was released in 2021.
Guns is also considered one of the founding members of the supergroup Contraband. In 1999, the band released their self-titled debut album. He was also a founding member of Guns N’Roses in 1985. However, he quickly left and was replaced by Slash.
He also collaborated on albums with Gilby Clarke. They released the album 99 Live in 1999. Swag followed in 2002. The same year they released Welcome to the Jungle: A Rock Tribute to Guns N’Roses.
