Who is Zanda Moyo?

Moyo was arrested on Sunday morning in Johannesburg during a criminal intelligence operation, according to Brigadier Athlendi Mathe, a spokesman for the national police. “At this time, the defendant is charged with assisting an inmate to evade legal custody; additional costs will most likely follow.
