According to the fast food brand, it follows the guidelines set by Coca-Cola to make the drink taste as good as possible every time customers order it at McDonald’s locations across the country.

According to the chain, McDonald’s cleans its fountains with filtered soda water, which helps ensure that only the highest quality version of the fountain drink is served through the dispensers.

The filtered water and used Coca-Cola syrup, McDonald’s adds, are pre-chilled before entering the fountain dispensers, with additional syrup added so that when ice is added to the drink, it provides the perfect ratio of syrup to frozen water.

These low temperatures help keep carbon dioxide levels high, which helps sodas stay fizzy longer, according to AllRecipes.

Another reason why McDonald’s Coca-Cola is so tasty is that the chain gets its drink syrup delivered in stainless steel containers, The New York Times previously published. Special containers allow the syrup to stay fresh.

McDonald’s was able to achieve this advantage of using stainless containers thanks to a special relationship between Ray Kroc, the man behind McDonald’s, and Coca-Cola, which was founded in 1955. times.

McDonald’s also notes that another reason their products taste so good is the straws they use.

“It’s a little wider than a typical straw so all that Coca-Cola flavor can hit your taste buds,” the fast food chain said.
