Wojciech Antoni Solarz was born on Friday, April 13, 1979 (Age 42; as of 2021), from Mihalin, Wyszków County, Mazovia Voivodeship, Poland. His star sign is Aries. On 17 June 2000, he made his stage debut in Trans-Atlantyk as “Ignaś” at the Montenya Theatre in Warsaw. He then starred in Hamlet (2001), Warsaw (2001), Prince of the Night (2004), Secret Agent (2006) and Cosmos (2006). From 2003 to 2004, he worked at the Ateneum Theatre in Warsaw. From 2004 to 2012, he worked at the National Theatre in Warsaw.
He also did vocal performances. His first role in radio theatre was in the play “Wodospadanie Niagarą za ojczyzną” (2000) at Teatr Polskiego Radia. At Teatr Polskiego Radia he acted in plays such as “Pornography” (2004) and “Heart of Darkness” (2004).

In 2004, he made his debut in the Polish film Teraz ja, playing Hanki and Pawła’s neighbor.
He then had regular roles in the Polish films Solidarity, Solidarity (2005) and Love Me Is Love (2006). He rose to fame as “Christian (young actor)” in the Polish film Strike (2006).
He played leading roles in the Polish films U Pana Boga w ogródku (2007), U Pana Boga za miedza (2009), Sniadanie do lózka (2010), 80 Millions (2011), Bodo (2017) and O mnie sie nie martw. In between, he also had supporting roles in the Polish films Walesa: Man of Hope (2013), Warsaw ’44 (2014), The Performer (2015), Miszmasz czyli Kogel Mogel 3 (2019) and Fierce (2020).

In 2005, he made his television debut in the Polish TV series “Oficer”, playing the role of “Junior – Kruszon’s younger brother”.
He is known for his supporting and recurring roles in the TV series Sprawiedliwi (2010), Time of Honor (2013), Nie rób scen (2015), Drunk History: Pol litra historii (2017) and Kod genetyczny (2020). In 2021, he played the main character “Krynicki” in the Polish Netflix series Sexify.

In 2008, he made his debut as a screenwriter and director with the short film Tajemnica Alberta.
He also directed and wrote the short films Odwyk (2011) and Norbert Juras i syn (2011). He made his Polish debut as writer-director with Okna, okna (2018); the film was also his debut as a producer.
