A WOMAN has been charged with murder after a father-of-six was murdered at home on Christmas Day.
Louis Price, 31, died at his home in Norton Canes, Staffordshire, in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Kirsty Carless, 33, was today charged with the father-of-six’s murder.
Officers rushed to reports of a man suffering a heart attack at a home at around 3.25am on Christmas Day.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, Louis soon died at the scene.
Carless was arrested at the scene and is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Center later today.
Staffordshire Police have referred the IOPC watchdog “due to recent police contact” and there will be an investigation.
In a tribute, Louis’ family said: “Louis was loved by his family and closest friends.
“He was a well-known member of the community, always had a smile on his face and brought positive energy wherever he went.
“He always had time for everyone and would help anyone he could.
“Louis was a dedicated fisherman, had a passion for fishing and regularly went on trips with friends and family.
“He loved football, played for the team and was a lifelong Aston Villa fan.
“As a family we are devastated by the loss of Louis. Life will never be the same without him.”
The family added: “He leaves a huge hole in the lives of all who knew him.
“Christmas is a time we’ve always spent together as a family, losing Louis at this time is even harder.
“Louis left behind his mum, dad, brother and sister, along with his six children.
“He has four daughters and two sons whom he loved very much. Louis had a big heart, he loved those closest to him.
“As a family, we would like to ask people to respect our privacy at this difficult time.
“We’re asking people not to speculate about what happened.”
