One woman really knows how to leave her ex-boyfriend hanging in the balance.
On TikTok, Crystal, who goes by the name @ppebbz, shared a video of herself cleaning out her ex’s closet. She also decided to reclaim something else – all of her high-quality black velvet hangers.
“Today on things my ex probably doesn’t expect me to take with me when I move out: all my hangers,” she noted, pointing to his clothes still hanging in the closet. “I’m taking literally all of his clothes. I’ve already taken them off my hangers and put them on some ugly, old hangers that were already here.”
She added steadfastly, “And you know what? I don’t know if it will be enough. Maybe, maybe not. But that’s not my problem.”
During the video, Crystal also moves towards the bed where she has a pile of her ex’s clothes on the bed, along with a pile of cheaper plastic hangers.

Since sharing the video, Crystal’s post has garnered 1.6 million views and more than 1,800 comments, with viewers sharing their views on the situation. Many were quick to praise her for even bothering to hang up her ex’s clothes again. One comment read: “There’s absolutely no way I’m going to put them back on the hangers. They’d throw them on the floor and the hangers on the bed.”
“The fact that you hang clothes on other hangers… you’re better than me,” someone else replied.
Another person wrote: “My ex complained to her friends ‘she even took a bucket and a board to drain the water’ 😂 why yes, yes I did, because they were MINE 😅.”

One user shared how she returned the Xbox she had paid for after breaking up with her boyfriend, adding, “I gave him back the games he bought.”
