The woman says that her rich house owner wants to start paying the rent – but she is not sure she is coming from the lowest place.
At the Forum based in the UK Mumnet, the woman wrote that she recently moved with her partner after she had been going to a two -bedroom house she owns “directly” for three years.
“He bought him with the money from a family trust set for him when he was born. He rents one bedroom to his friend for [about $900 a month]. We share another bedroom. He wants me to pay him [around $450 a month] With all the bills, which are divided by the same three directions, “the woman wrote.” We also shared the costs of all the repairs of the house to work. ”
According to a woman, her boyfriend “says the arrangement will make us both richer – because I will pay less than market rent for a similar room.”
However, the woman explained that her boyfriend was a surprise for her rent. “When we first talked about finances, before I moved in, he said that the money I saved could be set up to get our life” bigger, “she said.
The man says that the girl called him ‘Skrt’ because she did not want to pay for her friend’s meal – including appetizers, dessert and drinks
Because her boyfriend has no mortgage, the woman wrote that “she can’t see why” he should be paid for rent.
“The amount is small, but I’m not sure how in principle I feel in principle,” she explained, noted, still, “she has a lot of benefit,” given that she pays much less than if she rented a place in markets in itself.
The woman, however, emphasized that she “shared” the room with her boyfriend very much, who she said still did not do space for many of her things that are “currently in boxes in cabinets/warehouse”.

The woman added: “I also do most of the household chores in the end and I worry that if I give him money at the top and top of the account, etc., I will become outraged. I am also not sure what motivation is to ask me to give him money because he doesn’t really need him.”

Some of the Mumnet Forum users also expressed concern about the motivation of the boyfriend behind which he asked for a woman for rent.
“In the long run, will he ever put you on his deeds? Will you sell and then buy together, and he rings on the fences all his cash? [stay-at-home] In that case, because you will make money to pay your half?! A lot to think about it, “one person wrote.

The other person added: “Personally, I think it is unfair to charge for a” rental “partner. You contribute to that, but you release a man who is essentially an estate and who gets passive and healthy income … charge you for rent for what? Live in boxes and from your bag. Secure your own finance instead of lining your pocket.”

Others, meanwhile, were not so sure that it was wrong to ask a person to ask for financial assistance from his girlfriend, even though they thought he had done so the wrong way.
“In principle, it makes sense that you should pay some kind of rent while you live there, but it should have been clearly agreed between you before you moved,” said one user.
