You could have 20/20 vision if you can spot a camouflaged animal

This brainteaser caused an uproar on the internet, with users left horrified when they realized the gruesome discovery.

Facebook user Linton Allen shared the amazing picture online.

He was out for a day walk at City Beach in Perth, Australia when he took the photo.

But he was left confused when he returned home only to realize there was something sinister going on.

“Just got home and looked at my photos from City Beach at lunchtime today and saw a shadow in the wave,” Mr Linton posted.

It promises that you can find the predator in the picture just by looking carefully.

Allen challenged his followers to find a lurking animal hidden in the waves.

Speedy users were taken aback as they scanned the image only to realize a shark was hidden in the water.

The image was shared on the Dorsal Perth Shark Reports page, with followers commenting on the optical illusion.

Someone said, “That’s too close to shore for my taste!”

Another said: “Looks like a toona (sic) fish.”

Others were more skeptical and said the shadow could be another animal.

If you have already given up, we have put a solved image here.

To see a shark, pay attention to the wave and take a close look.

The image appears to be slightly below the breaking wave just five meters from the shore.
