Just five seconds would be enough to avoid the deadly fish and thus not become its next victim.
The image shows brightly colored corals of various shapes and sizes growing on the seabed.
This is why the animal is particularly difficult to find because it is well camouflaged in the vegetation.
The fish in the picture is a rockfish, they are masters of disguise and can effortlessly blend into their surroundings.
This is what makes them so dangerous, as they can easily be mistaken for rocks or part of the ocean floor.
These creatures carry venom stored in glands attached to spikes on their backs, but this is not how they capture their prey.
They attack at high speed and swallow their food whole, without having to use venom – which exists only to defend them from predators.
