Although the vivid image seems simple enough, it turns out that people have two alternative views of what it represents.
The optical illusion was shared on the Bright Side YouTube channel, which regularly posts brain teasers, fun facts, and personality tests.
Viewers were told which animal they noticed first would show whether they were honest and trusting or critical and independent.
And if you can miraculously measure both animals before the big reveal, you appear to be a mix of both, while boasting 20/20 vision.
Introducing the illusion, the video’s narrator explained that two animals were hidden in the image.
“Most people see the frog right away,” the voice explained.
If you fall into this category, it means that you have a direct and open personality.
“You try to be honest and direct with others, no matter what,” the narrator said, adding that he encourages his teammates to see him in a positive light.
“You are perceived as safe, trustworthy, and trustworthy,” the clip continues.
“There are no hidden messages in your words, so people can trust your opinion and advice.”
But if you didn’t notice the frog and saw a horse instead, it indicates that you are a thoughtful and diligent person.
The narrator said, “If you’re one of them, you have an analytical mind. You don’t take things as they seem.
“You have a critical approach to life and prefer to draw your own conclusions about the situation.”
Illusion lovers were blown away by the sheer accuracy of the online assessment and flooded the comments section with their opinions.
But some timid viewers admitted that their experiences with the illusion may have been skewed, as their behavior contributed more to their outlook than their personality.
One wrote: “Absolutely me, 100 percent. Well done for submitting the test.”
Another groaned: “I saw a frog and I am the opposite of the description.”
The third laughed: “I was already leaning to the left. That’s why I saw the horse first!”
And the fourth added: “I saw a bird, so I’m not normal?”
And while the personality test summed up some people right away, others were left with more questions than answers.
“I saw a horse that had a nose that looked like a frog,” wrote one confused viewer. “How can I understand my personality?”
