Yvonne Strahovski is pregnant, expecting child number 3 with her husband Tim Loden: ‘Let’s go’

In June, the actress revealed she was expecting her third child with Loden, posting a photo of her baby bump on Instagram. In the picture, Strahovski turned to the side and showed off her bump while her dog sat next to her.

“Well, let’s go. Baby bump #3 🙈✨💥 Pizza really wanted to be in the photo. So did Mr tiny feet who was hiding behind me,” she wrote alongside the photo, referring to her son, who was hiding behind her in the photo.

The new reinforcement of Strahovski and Loden will join son William (4) and another boy born in December 2021.

In 2019, Strahovski spoke with Glamor UK about getting back to work filming Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale after giving birth to her first baby back in October 2018. She said her husband brought their baby to the set of the drama, in which Strahovski plays the evil Serena Joy.

“It was definitely one of the hardest and most challenging moments ever in my entire career. Going back to work with a newborn and all the sleep deprivation that comes with that, plus I was breastfeeding,” she recalled at the time.

“… I was running between the set and my trailer, breastfeeding on demand and working on set. It was crazy to be all ‘poor Serena’ and then walk in with so much joy to see my baby and then go back to the set and then again I return and breastfeed and be happy,” added Strahovski.

The star also talked about the emotional side of returning to work.

“I think there’s pros and cons on both sides. I was devastated at first, to be honest. It was like a ticking time bomb, knowing I’d be going back to work and having to be separated from my baby for the hours I’d spend on filming,” she said. “Even knowing my husband was there with him, I was still afraid of the separation. Emotionally, I just didn’t want to let go.”

“But looking back, I think knowing I was going back to work made me appreciate every little moment I had with him – including the middle-of-the-night meltdowns when I was so tired I cried and there was nothing else going on in at the moment, except you’re just devastated that you’re tired,” she continued.

Even those moments were strangely cherished because I knew this would be it, she added. “Time flies so fast with little ones, you know, and the next day they’re changed and they’re not so little anymore and that’s the only time you’ve got.”
