Zendaya Celebrates Her 27th Birthday with Adorable Throwback Pic — See the Photo!

“Every year that I grow up I am reminded of how precious this life is,” the actress and singer wrote in the caption of her birthday post.

The actress and singer celebrated her birthday on Friday with a sweet Instagram photo of her younger self.

In the flashback, Zendaya crouches down in front of what appears to be a plate of cookies, chocolate adorably smeared across her lips and right hand as she smiles widely.

“Every year that I grow up I am reminded of how precious this life is,” the star began her post, before going on to thank fans for all their well wishes and “constant support.”

“Thank you all for helping me fill it with so much love. Your kind words and constant support mean everything to me. Thank you so much and here’s to 27,” Zendaya concluded the post, adding two pink heart emojis.

Celebrity friends were quick to celebrate Dune actress in the comments section of her post.

“Happy birthday to the beautiful @zendaya!!” fashion designer Donatella Versace wrote, doc Euphoria Costar Hunter Schafer added a sweet string of emoticons: “💘💘💘.” Models Winnie Harlow and Lori Harvey also shared their love for the actress, with Harlow, 29, posting a simple “Happy Birthday” followed by a red balloon emoji, as Harvey, 26, wrote: “Happy birthday baby!!!! ✨.”

Zendaya’s birthday announcement came after her boyfriend, Tom Holland, posted a couple of sweet photos on his Instagram Story in honor of the actress.

Zendaya and Tom Holland have a low-key date in London

In the first photo posted by Holland, 27, on Friday, Zendaya gave the camera a thumbs up while wearing scuba gear. “My birthday girl,” the actor wrote over the photo and added a heart and eyes emoticon.

The actor then added three emoticons with heart-shaped eyes to another photo he posted on his Story, which shows the actress walking in the park with her two dogs.

Zendaya recently opened up Ella in an interview with the magazine’s September 2023 issue about the public interest in her relationship with Holland.

“I accept that parts of my life will be public,” Zendaya said. “I can’t help being a person and living my life and loving the person I love.”

“But I’m also in control of what I choose to share,” the actress added. “It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be yours, but also not being afraid to exist.”

She continued, “You can’t hide. It’s no fun either. I’m getting by now more than ever.”
