dispute
Relationship with Hasina Park
According to reports, Zubair Khan claims to be the son-in-law of Hasina Park, the sister of underworld boss Daoud Ibrahim. When he was on Bigg Boss 11, he claimed that Hasina Park and her family forced him to marry their daughter. Zubair said he wants people to know him for his work and not for his ties to Daoud Ibrahim’s family. It was later reported that Zubair claimed that he had no relationship with Hasina Parka and further stated that his mother-in-law’s name was Noor Jahan. He said in an interview that this was just a misunderstanding caused by news reports.
He further stated that he never claimed to be related to Hasina Park and that Colors TV and other media channels had misused his name. He also spoke about how his in-laws threatened him, saying they were linked to Daoud Ibrahim.
FIR against Salman Khan

Zubair also faced negative comments for disrespecting female contestants and calling co-contestant Arshi Khan a “2-rupee woman”. When Zubair tried to apologize, Salman said:
Tu Mujhe Bhai-waai nahi bolega. Kasam Khuda ki, tujhe kutta na bana diya toh mera naam Salman Khan nahi (Don’t call me bhai. I swear to God, if I don’t turn you into a dog, my name will not be Salman Khan). “
Zubair was eliminated in week one. It was said that Zubair was facing health issues and that’s why he had to leave Bigg Boss and go to the hospital for treatment. However, Salman announced that Zubair was evicted because of the least number of votes, even though Zubair was still in the hospital during the shooting of the show. He then filed an FIR (First Information Report) against Salman Khan’s threats. He claimed that Salman Khan threatened that he would not leave him alone once he left the Bigg Boss house and that he would ruin his reputation in the industry. Zubair reportedly filed a complaint with the Antop Hill police station in Mumbai.
During an interview in 2023, Zubair started crying and said Salman Khan had ruined his life.
Overdose of sleeping pills
Due to the controversy surrounding Zubair Khan’s participation in Bigg Boss, he said he has received death threats. He also said that he faced pressure from his in-laws and he was convinced that he was evicted because his in-laws contacted the channel (Colors TV) and Salman Khan. His reason was that Salman and his in-laws used the same language against him. Zubair revealed that he entered the Bigg Boss house carrying sleeping pills as he suffered from depression. Zubair asked to leave the show after being yelled at by Salman Khan and receiving no support from other contestants. Zubair allegedly took an overdose of sleeping pills before leaving the house after the creative team refused to let him leave. Zubair insisted that he left the House only because of medical complications and not because of the votes, as Salman Khan announced.
