1000-Lb. Best Friends’ Vannessa Cross Says There’s ‘No Controlling’ Her Sex Life After Weight Loss: ‘Meow!’ (Exclusive)

There’s no stopping Vanessa Cross after her dramatic weight loss transformation.

In an exclusive PEOPLE clip from Tuesday’s episode 1000 lbs. Best friendsThe 46-year-old visited her plastic surgeon for her first weigh-in after skin removal surgery.

“Before I went to the hospital for skin surgery, the scale said 220 pounds. So let’s see where I land,” he says before stepping on the scale and seeing that it reads 195 lbs. Cross is thrilled and tells her doctor, “I’ve never been under 200 pounds!”

“To see 195 on this scale, I lose s—,” she boasts. “I never thought I would make it. I can just feel my mom and dad looking down from heaven and saying, ‘That’s my Boo Boo. She succeeded. She did it.’”

Crossin plastic surgeon, dr. David Whiteman, explains that her weight is likely to continue to drop as she is still retaining some fluid after the operation. He tells her that he has permission to carry out his daily activities.

Having said that, Cross asks him, “I remember asking about sexual activity before the surgery. Am I approved for that?” Whiteman told her yes, and she immediately laughed and admitted, “I’ve already done that anyway.”

“As anyone knows, even at 450 pounds. I was a very sexual woman,” adds Cross. “At 195 pounds, she’s even worse. She’s burning. Now he has no control over that woman. I’m walking around, ‘Meow! Meow!'”

“I worked hard to get where I am, but this is just the beginning,” she says. “I want to ride the slides, I want to ride the slides. I want to do it all. That’s it what’s next for Vannessa.”

In October, Cross told PEOPLE how much her life has improved since focusing on her weight loss journey.

“My life has changed immensely, from 450 I’m now under 200 pounds,” she said. “I actually go to the gym. I actually eat extremely healthy food. I never saw myself leading a healthy lifestyle and here I am.”

“I’m actually living life now,” Cross added. “Instead of being a big person who just exists, I live.”
