He studied till ninth grade at Saraswati Modern School, Ludhiana and received his higher secondary education from Bahadur Chand Model Public School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana. When Siddhartha was 12 years old, he began participating in theater performances organized by his school and realized that he was good at acting while performing in a school play called “Report Card”. He was praised by his teachers for his performance in the play. They also encouraged him to pursue acting as a career. While at school, he also actively participated in other cultural activities. Siddharth had the opportunity to attend the Youth Festival in the United Arab Emirates, where he won three awards in acting and dancing. In 2010, after completing his schooling, Siddharth Dhanda moved to Mumbai from Punjab to pursue his dream of becoming an actor.

I came from Punjab and became an actor in 2013 and since then I have been doing television shows. Chandragupta Morya was my first TV show that I shot in Gujarat and it felt like an acting school for me, where I learned a lot. I never went to formal acting school, I learned acting on the job. “
