Tammy Slaton shows off her dance moves — and her weight loss.
Tuesday, 1000 lbs. Sisters the star posted a video on TikTok dancing to Pharrell Williams’ hit song “Happy”. In the clip, the 37-year-old dances and sings along to the tune, telling her followers: “I’m just living my best life lol I’m stupid. I just wanted to laugh with everyone.”
In another clip, Tammy added, “I know I can’t dance. I’m having fun sharing a smile again. I hope everyone has a nice day.”
Below the video, the reality star received tons of compliments about how great she looks dancing in the midst of her dramatic weight loss journey.
“I am delighted with your transformation! Nice to see you happy and thriving 🙂,” commented one follower.
“Look at you dancing and smiling!!! You’re doing great. Keep it up girl!!” another person wrote.

Although she claimed she couldn’t dance, Tammy showed off her moves in the last season 1000 lbs. Sistersgoing to her first Zumba class with her siblings Amy, Chris, Amanda and Misty.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip, the siblings struggled to keep up with the instructor, but we’re still moving their bodies. Amy joked that she had no rhythm and Tammy said her sister had “two left feet.”
Amanda also remarked that she was surprised at how well Tammy did during class.
“She’s standing there and she’s out of her chair and she’s moving. She was just rocking her groove thang,” she said of her sister.
“I got those ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ dance moves,” Tammy boasted. “I think me and Amanda had the best rhythm. Really hot girl stuff because we on that hot girl…”
