1000-Lb. Sisters’ Tammy Slaton Works Out with Siblings While Wearing Trash Bags: ‘We Gon’ Sweat Today’ (Exclusive)

Tammy Slaton is making her weight loss journey a family affair.

In an exclusive PEOPLE clip from Tuesday’s episode 1000 lbs. Sisters, the 37-year-old hits the gym with her siblings Chris, Amanda and Misty. Taking Chris’s advice, they all wore trash bags to help them sweat more during the group workout.

“Throughout high school, football practice and wrestling practice, when you had to sweat, cut weight, coach told you to get a trash bag, put it in and start sweating,” Chris says in the video. “B—es, get ready, we’re going to sweat today!”

Since Tammy is back home from rehab and continuing her weight loss journey, Amanda said it’s a good idea for everyone to participate.

“We all have to lose weight,” she says. “You all have to lose weight to meet your goals. Why can’t we all achieve our goals together?”

“I’m hitting my goals,” Tammy brags before Amanda says, “Eating your goals?”

The siblings all laugh at Amanda for misunderstanding what her sister said while Tammy jokes, “I might eat them too!”

“It’s not my style of dress, but even if it’s a trash bag, I’ll put that cube on and work with it, baby!” adds Tammy.

“We look dumb as hell, but that’s the way it is,” says Amanda. “We have to put him where we can put him, I guess.”

In the clip, the siblings laughed at how they all looked wearing trash bags and tracksuits in the middle of the gym before starting a workout with their trainer, Grant.

“I don’t like working out,” Tammy admits. “But it’s better to have your family around. We are able to laugh, cut and tease each other.

“I was just really waiting for one of them to bend over and fart,” she adds before laughing hysterically. “I would die. I won’t take that trash out! It would be like a pile of dirty diapers on a hot Sunday morning.”
