McGeeney’s fiancé found the bodies of Harrington, McGeeney and Johnson two days later. The police department confirmed the bodies were found in the backyard of the home and said “there were no obvious signs of foul play observed at or near the crime scene.”

John Picerno, Willis’ attorney, told PEOPLE in a statement that Willis is “not aware of how his friends died” and is “anxiously awaiting the results of the autopsy and toxicology report.”

Johnson’s brother, Jonathan Price, previously told PEOPLE that he believes “something must have been in their bodies” that wasn’t alcohol.

“If I had to hypothesize … that the three men died the way they did, something must have been in their system. Whether it was taken consciously or not, I wouldn’t answer that. But something was taken because the three they don’t freeze a grown man to death in the temperatures they were at that time with just alcohol,” he told PEOPLE.
