In 2019, she started dating prominent actor and director Zach Braff, known for his role as John “JD” Dorian in the hospital drama Scrubs.

Pugh is also a big fan of dogs. Sir Albert Pugh, her dog, has his own Instagram hashtag, #SirAlbertPugh. During the COVID-19 outbreak in April 2020, she adopted a dog named Billie from the Los Angeles animal rescue group Labelle Foundation with her then-partner Zach Braff. In the end, they decided to legally adopt Billie.

Florence Pugh’s passion for cooking should come as no surprise considering her father, restaurateur Clinton Pugh.
